Fflur has been a member of Darwin Gray since 2003, when she joined the firm upon qualification. She has moved up through the ranks and was made partner in 2010. Fflur specialises in employment law, and has a particular interest in discrimination work. She provides advice on all aspects of employment law to businesses, public sector organisations, and private clients. She often gives advice on equality and diversity issues, delivers strategic advice on restructures and reorganisations within businesses and organisations. In addition to her employment law expertise, Fflur provides advice and training to organisations on governance issues, and directors’ duties and responsibilities. Fflur is a fluent Welsh speaker.
