Aaron O’Hare
Overview
Irish baritone Aaron O’Hare completed his BMus (Hons) degree at the University of Ulster and an MMus at the Royal Northern College of Music under the tutelage of Matthew Best. One of his 2021 highlights was performing new commission Elsewhere, produced in Ireland with support from the Centre Culturel Irlandais in Paris.
Recent engagements: Schaunard La bohème (Northern Ireland Opera); March Hare/White Knight Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland (WNO); Mike in John Adams’s I was looking at the Ceiling and then I saw the Sky (Opera Lyon); David A Hand of Bridge, Aeneas Dido and Aeneas, Buff Der Schauspieldirektor (NI Opera)
