Mark Llewelyn Evans

Welsh opera singer, author and Creative entrepreneur Mark Llewelyn Evans trained at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and the National Opera Studio, London. For over 25 years Mark has worked alongside many famous artists including Dame Kiri Te Kanawa, David Blaine and Sir Bryn Terfel. His singing career stretches from international opera houses to films and singing in front of the crowds before the Six Nations rugby matches. Mark’s debut album topped the UK classical charts, including his charity single, Tell my Father performed with the Band of the Welsh Guards benefitting their Afghanistan Appeal. In 2015 Mark decided to take his passion for opera further with the project ABC of Opera: building confidence, celebrating diversity and encouraging creativity in young people. Mark was awarded the Amati Guildhall Creative Entrepreneurs award in 2019, 2021 & 2022
