Pumza Mxinwa

Born in Butterworth, South Africa, Pumza Mxinwa joined Cape Town Opera in 2011. In 2014 while also the soprano soloist for The Cape Town Opera Vocal Ensemble, she performed her debut as Evelyn in Mandela Trilogy at the Wales Millennium Centre and in 2016 at the Ravenna Festival; she also covered Serena Porgy and Bess when the company travelled to Argentina.
