Help Keep WNO Orchestra on the Road

This December, your gift can go twice as far - and help protect the music that inspires us all.

From 2-9 December, Welsh National Opera is taking part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge - a national match-funding campaign where  every donation made online is doubled. 

Our current touring trailer has travelled more than 160,000 miles over the past two decades and is now at the end of its life. Your support will help us replace it with a new, high-spec and environmentally efficient trailer, ensuring WNO Orchestra can continue to bring music to audiences for years to come. 

Behind every performance is a journey of people, instruments, care and coordination. Touring enables us to bring opera and world-class music to communities across Wales and beyond, but it is a complex and costly operation: instruments are fragile, travel is demanding, and secure transport is essential. 

From 2-9 December, we’re thrilled to be taking part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge, a national match-funding campaign where every donation during this week is doubled.
