Bated breath and audible gasps were followed by loud applause at the opening night of Welsh National Opera’s brand-new production of Britten’s Death in Venice. A collaboration with the brilliant NoFit State Circus, this new staging merged opera with aerialism to tell the alluring story of a writer tortured by his own thoughts, and battling his own desire.
It’s been wonderful to see all the positive feedback we’ve received from audience members following the show.
