Aileen Richards

Aileen Richards was a senior Executive with Mars Incorporated until she retired in 2015. She is currently an independent non-executive on several boards, including being the first woman on the board of Welsh Rugby Union.

As Executive Vice President of Mars Inc, Aileen was responsible for the Human Resources strategy for the company’s 80,000 associates. Additionally, she led Mars Global Services (Mars IT, Mars Financial Services and Mars Associate Services). Aileen and her family were based near Washington DC from 2008-2015. In her 30 years with Mars, she also held senior international roles in procurement and manufacturing.

Aileen is a graduate of Surrey University with a degree in Business & Tourism Management.
