Amber Howells

Amber is a Cardiff-based dance artist and writer whose work blends dance theatre, storytelling and dynamic physical movement. Committed to accessibility and celebrating feminine strength, she approaches her work with curiosity, openness and a focus on fostering joyful connections - to each other and the natural world. 

Amber has had an extensive career working on Netflix’s Sex Education, as well as with Krystal S. Lowe, Cwmni’r Frân Wen and Anthony Matsena, Jones the Dance, Holly Corsi, Coco & Cwtsh, Marcus Jarrell Willis, June Campbell-Davies, Anna Watkins and Ransack Dance Company. She is also Dance Officer for Quiet Beats, Jones the Dance's Young Company for Deaf and Hard of Hearing young people, and teaches regularly for Ballet Cymru and Heels Empowerment.
