Chanáe Curtis

American soprano Chanáe Curtis is a graduate of Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama and The Manhattan School of Music in New York. She is a recipient of the Catherine Filene Shouse Career Grant and recently starred as Violetta Valéry in La traviata as a Filene Artist at Wolf Trap Opera. She has also performed Strauss’s Four Last Songs at St David’s Hall and made a guest appearance at Buckingham Palace performing for His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales. This season she will perform Alice Ford in Falstaff with Opera San Jose and is scheduled to debut in Jeanine Tesira’s Blue at English National Opera.
