Damian Iorio

Born into a family of Italian and English musicians Damian Iorio began his professional life as a violinist following studies at the Royal Northern College of Music and Indiana University. He then trained as a conductor as St Petersburg State Conservatoire whilst serving as a member of the Danish National Radio Symphony Orchestra. He has since worked with opera companies and orchestras across the world. Damian became Music Director of Milton Keynes City Orchestra in 2014.
