Dominic Cooke
Overview
Dominic Cooke was born in Wimbledon and studied at Warwick University. He was a television runner before founding his own theatre company, Pan Optic. Cooke has since held directing posts at the Royal Court Theatre, the Royal Shakespeare Company and the Royal National Theatre. He has won four Olivier Awards and was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire in the 2014 New Year Honours for services to drama.
