Emma Doherty

Emma is a director based in Manchester and the Artistic Director of The Opera Shack, a collective designed to create accessible opera in unusual locations. Emma has worked with National Opera Studio, British Youth Opera, Waterperry Opera Festival, Mahogany Opera and Manchester Collective and this August she is returning to Waterperry Opera Festival to direct Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas.
