Erika Grimaldi

Born in Asti, Italy, Erika Grimaldi obtained her diploma inPiano and Voice from the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatoire in Turin.She has won several competitions such as the Concorso Lirico Internazionale andhas delivered critically acclaimed performances in nearly a dozen roles at the prestigious Teatro Regio di Torino. Erika is equally at home in major opera houses such as Teatro di Roma, Bayerische Staatsoper Munich, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Teatro di San Carlo Naples and Opéra national de Montpellier.  

Recent engagements: title role Tosca (Ópera de Las Palmas), title role Manon Lescaut (Bologna), MimìLa bohème and title role Aida(Teatro Regio Torino), and Lady Macbeth  Macbeth(Korea National Opera, Seoul).
