Born in Derbyshire, Harriet Eyley is a graduate of the Royal College of Music International Opera School and the Royal Academy of Music, gaining a First Class BMus Honours degree, a Distinction in her MMus degree and was awarded the prestigious DipRAM for an outstanding final recital. Harriet continues to be taught by Lillian Watson. Supported by the WNO Sir John Moores Award, WNO Endowment Fund and a Chris Ball Bursary, WNO Associate Artist Harriet Eyley is currently appearing as Norina Don Pasquale. She recently appeared in Lucy Worsley’s BBC2 programme Queen Victoria: My Musical Britain and on BBC Radio 3’s In Tune with Laurence Cummings. Recent engagements: Oscar Un ballo in maschera (WNO) and soloist with WNO Orchestra. Tytania A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Vixen Sharp-Ears The Cunning Little Vixen (Royal College of Music). As Alvarez Young Artist at Garsington Festival Opera 2018, she sang Papagena Die Zauberflöte and she has performed for the Prince of Wales at Buckingham Palace.
