Born in Derbyshire, Harriet Eyley is a graduate of the Royal College of Music International Opera School where she gained a First Class BMus Honours degree, a Distinction in her MMus degree and was awarded the prestigious DipRAM for an outstanding final recital. Harriet joins WNO as an Associate Artist in 2019 and her programme is supported by the WNO Sir John Moores Award and the Chris Ball Bursary. She made her debut performing with the WNO Orchestra in A Night in Vienna, and will sing Norina Don Pasquale later this year. Harriet remains thankful for past and present support including The Countess of Munster, Josephine Baker and Drake Calleja Trusts and Help Musicians UK.
Recent engagements: Tytania A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Vixen Sharp-Ears The Cunning Little Vixen for the Royal College of Music. She was also an Alvarez Young Artist at Garsington Festival Opera 2018, where she sang Papagena in Die Zauberflöte.
