James Atkinson

British baritone James Atkinson is a graduate of the Royal College of Music Opera Studio, who most recently won the Royal Over-Seas League Singers Prize 2022. James recently made his debut with WNO as Masetto in Don Giovanni, returned to the Ludlow English Song Festival alongside Iain Burnside at Wigmore Hall. Future engagements include his debut at Grand Théâtre de la Ville de Luxembourg as Steuermann in the Festival d'Aix-en-Provence’s production of Tristan undIsolde.

Recent engagements: Tokyo Symphony Orchestra, London Song Festival, Lewes Song Festival, Aldeburgh, North Norfolk Music Festival, Little Missenden Festival, Lammermuir Festival and the Oxford Lieder Festival.
