Jared Michaud

Jared Michaud is a Franco-American baritone who obtained an MA with Distinction from Trinity Laban, where he was a Kathleen Roberts Vocal Scholar; studying with Neil Baker, Helen Yorke and Eugene Asti. He previously studied at Yale University, under the tutelage of Janna Baty and graduated cum laude with Distinction in Theatre Studies and a certificate in Education Studies. He has trained with Michele Friedman, Anna Ronai and Chihiro Gordon as well as the College Light Opera Company and Quisisana Resort. Jared won the 2022 Elisabeth Schumann Lieder Duo Competition and the 4th International SGSM Singing Competition in Slovenia (Lieder Duo category) with his duo partner Christina Koti, with whom he is a Song Easel Young Artist.
