Krystal S. Lowe

Krystal is a Bermudian, Wales-based dancer, choreographer, writer and director. She is a passionate advocate for integrating access and exploring multilingual work, specifically blending British Sign Language, Welsh and English. She was a 2023 Arts Foundation Fellow finalist for Dance Theatre and holds the titles of Trustee for National Dance Company Wales and Associate Artist for Ballet Cymru.

Krystal has had an extensive career with Ballet Cymru touring throughout the UK, China and Bermuda, and has also performed with Citrus Arts, Ransack Dance, Theatr Iolo, Theatr Cymru, Frân Wen and Arad Goch. In the National Gallery, she has performed for ‘HOME-Zero’ created by Love Ssega and commissioned by Nesta and National Gallery X. She was also commissioned by Music Theatre Wales to create an opera for screen (Somehow) and has toured her dance theatre show Remarkable Rhythm to Zamek Culture Centre in Poland.
