Maris Lyons

Maris Lyons started out as a performer having studied Russian and Italian at university in Moscow and has been working as a Producer and International Tour Manager for the last fifteen years. Her work for WNO includes The Freedom Season, Land Sea Sky Trilogy (winner of RPS Award), and Birmingham City Songs; for Wales Millennium Centre: Tiger Bay the Musical, Only the Brave, Broadway to the Bay, Tosca, The Dancing Years (workshop), Wales at No.1 and International Tour Management for the Centre and Cape Town Opera Showboat (shortlisted RPS Award for Best Touring Production), and Mandela Trilogy, Mariinsky Opera The Ring Cycle, Mariinsky Orchestra Mahler’s Symphony No Eight, Mariinsky Ballet & Orchestra Five Tangos, Into the Night, Infra,Concerto DSCH and Sacre.
