Rhian Hutchings

Rhian Hutchings is an opera director, creative producer and connector with a passion for young people and music. In her current role as Chief Executive Officer at Anthem Music Fund Wales she is supporting music education & youth music in Wales. She is also founding director & chair of trustees for Operasonic, a community music company based in Newport. Rhian has been active in the participatory arts sector in Wales for the last 20 years, formerly leading the Youth & Community team at WNO, driving the ArtWorks Cymru Partnership to explore sector development, and working for many years with the RESEO network in Europe.
