Tia Camilleri

Tia-zakura Camilleri is a writer and activist beginning her professional journey. Tia is a member of the Wales Millennium Centre Youth Advisory Board and Design group. She is also a creative associate for Fio, Media Assistant at BeXcellence and a citizen journalist with EYST. Her spoken word poetry can be seen in her performance in Fio’s production: Landing Bolts; here, she also found a love of directing. Through work with both ITV and BBC, Tia has written many news articles as well as co-presented ITV Wales. Tia aims to pave the way for future creatives where they have felt a lack of representation and belonging.
