Tom Redmond
Overview
Tom Redmond is a musician, presenter and educator. He was a horn player in the Hallé Orchestra for thirteen years before working for BBC Radio 3, where he presented live concerts, studio programmes and the BBC Proms. He devises and presents interactive family-friendly concerts for orchestras and festivals all over the world, and is also joint-CEO and Director of Music at Chetham’s School of Music in Manchester.
Recent highlights: performing the roles of both Romeo and Juliet with the Hallé Orchestra, performing as Chief Adventurer in My Christmas Orchestral Adventure (Royal Albert Hall) and presenting Play Opera LIVE! (WNO).
