Schools Concert

Step into the wonderful world of opera and classical music with Welsh National Opera.

Our free concert aims to inspire and increase love of music and creativity for pupils from year 3 to 7.

Fun, lively and engaging, expect popular hits and less familiar pieces from opera, film, and television, brought to life by the world class WNO Orchestra and a group of sensational soloists. The perfect opportunity to hear and enjoy live music, up close and personal, in a relaxed setting.

Our live Schools Concerts are designed to support the Curriculum for Wales and National Curriculum in England and augmented by a free resource pack for teachers to support classroom learning before and after the concert.

23 Oct Llandudno - Venue Cymru 1pm - Welsh Language

11 Nov Southampton - Mayflower Theatre 1pm

20 Nov Oxford - New Theatre 1pm

27 Nov Plymouth - Theatre Royal 1pm

This concert is only available to school group bookings. Please contact the venue for booking details. The concert will last approximately 1 hour, with no interval.
