Cardiff Theatrical Services (CTS) provides a world-class scenery manufacturing service, for opera, theatre and exhibition companies, delivering sets and scenery to many of the world's leading performing arts companies.
We are currently seeking an Administrator to provide a front of house and administrative service for CTS, its managers and employees and providing all round business support across areas of finance, stock control, supplies, hires and sales, health & safety, facilities and office management.
The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to liaise at all levels, strong IT skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint with excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Demonstrable and recent experience in office administration and a proven track record in managing finances and budgets are essential.
