Welsh National Opera shares the power of live opera with audiences and communities across Wales and England – in theatres, in neighbourhoods and online. 

The marketing department works to reach new audiences for our work as well as keeping our existing audiences engaged. We do this through our website and other digital communications, social media, advertising, direct marketing and much more. 

We are seeking to appoint a Marketing Assistant who is ambitious, positive, and willing to learn; to assist and support the marketing team through administration and activity implementation across integrated marketing campaigns, audience insight and print management. 

You will have a high level of literacy and numeracy, with excellent attention to detail and have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. You will have the ability to work on multiple tasks in a busy environment, meet tight deadlines and have good attention to detail. Experience of working in a marketing department, experience of using website CMS systems and demonstrable interest in opera and/or classical music are desirable.

The ability to speak and write in Welsh is essential for this role.
